The Mack Center is led by Emmeline Chuang, Mack Distinguished Professor, in the School of Social Welfare. Andrea Dubrow is the Bay Area Social Service Consortium's (BASSC's) Workforce Development Director, Emily Downey is the BASSC Program Manager, and Tré Coldon is the BASSC Project Policy Analyst. Graduate student researchers, independent consultants, and collaborating faculty from other institutions also play an integral role in our work.
