Collaborative Partners

BANNHSA is a group of executive directors of Bay Area family and children's agencies launched in 2006 as a think tank formed in collaboration with the Mack Center to focus on issues related to the nonprofit human services sector.

CalSWEC is the nation's largest statewide coalition of social work educators and practitioners. Founded in 1990, it was modeled after the BASSC consortium, with initial foundation funding sought by the BASSC directors.

BAA is a regional workforce development and intermediary organization charged with supporting the learning and organizational improvement needs of public child welfare service agencies. Serving the 12 Bay Area counties, it was launched in 1998  by the BASSC leadership with Title IVE funding. BASSC county staff serve on the BAA Training Advisory Board (TAB).
