Rebecca Smith

Bio/CV: 

Rebecca's primary research interest focuses on human service organizations. She is interested in how human service organizations engage in intergovernmental relationships and collaborative partnerships to coordinate service provision. She studies the relationships between organizational leaders and frontline workers within and across agencies in order to improve implementation practices and organizational processes. She also studies these organizations and these relationships to better understand service fragmentation and improve service access, quality, and outcomes for underserved populations. She is a PhD candidate at The Ohio State University John Glenn College of Public Affairs. She received her MPA from the University of Georgia and BA in Psychology and Spanish from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
