Hailing from the St. Louis area, Tré Coldon is a Project Policy Analyst with a Master's in Social Welfare from the University of California, Berkeley, and a BA in Psychology and Comparative Human Development from the University of Chicago. With a rich background in mental health services, legal advocacy, and LGBTQ+ health research, Tré has provided therapeutic care and case management to diverse youth while fostering community connections through innovative programs and emphasizing culturally competent, equity-driven practices.

A life long Bay Area resident, Emily Downey (she/her) has a Master’s in Social Welfare from the University of California, Berkeley, concentrating on Strengthening Organizations & Communities, and a Bachelors in Social Work from San Jose State University. Andrea DuBrow is the Director of BASSC’s Workforce Development Programs. She is a collaborative, creative, and thoughtful leader who possesses a deep understanding of the current landscape of public human services, the challenges facing county health and human service agencies, and the clients and communities they serve, along with emerging resources and opportunities. Kate serves as BASSC’s Workforce Development Specialist. She grew up moving around the world with the US military and has been happy to call the Bay Area home for the past 8 years.
